We’re committed to our customers, to accuracy, and to each other. No fluff, no empty promises, just best-in-class results.
We’re data nerds
Culture + Values
We’re powered by our people.
Propeller powers over 50,000 sites worldwide revolutionizing how teams work and collaborate. The secret to our success? A crew of lovely humans – who bring their A-game to work but don’t take themselves too seriously.
Our values are our
building blocks.
We, not I.
Teamwork makes Propeller work, so we go out of our way to help each other out. That means that we’re flexible and open-minded so we can get the best out of our team.
We embrace the journey.
We’re serious about our work, but don’t take ourselves too seriously. We show up with more energy than we take and make time for the things that keep us healthy, happy humans.
We’re open.
We value authenticity, vulnerability, and transparency. We welcome new ideas, no matter where they come from.
We’re 100% impact,
0% ego.
0% ego.
We make it happen. If something needs to change, we change it. If something’s not working, we make it better. We’re here to get it right, not to be right.
Where authenticity wins every time.
We think everyone’s got a story worth telling, and we want to give our team a platform to tell their story authentically. So we’re running a campaign to showcase some of the faces behind Propeller.
From sharing personal stories to wins and challenges, you’ll see our team open up about what authenticity means to them — and why authenticity wins.
Living the Propeller life.
When it comes to our culture, every one of our employees has a different perspective. Read all of them on our blog.
Propeller employees just love to have fun.
That’s exactly what we did when we had an all-company retreat to Hội An, Vietnam. Where we spent the week hacking, workshopping, and building meaningful relationships.
Founders + Board
Teamwork makes good things happen. Just look at our founders.
In 2014, two nerds (Rory and Francis) joined forces to solve a problem – to make survey data simpler, faster, and smarter. Together, they created Propeller and are the foundational glue of who we are today.
Meet our Board of Directors.
These are the dedicated individuals who help guide us here at Propeller. And we’re grateful for their leadership.
